Role Summary
 
 The International Business Team Lead will be responsible for driving export sales and expanding the company’s business in international markets. This role involves managing relationships with global distributors and partners, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and developing region-specific marketing and sales strategies. The IB Team Lead will also coordinate and participate in roadshows, demos, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services globally. Additionally, the role includes monitoring Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly (YQM) activities and Talent Action Plans (TAP) to drive team performance and business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
· Export Sales and Market Expansion:
  • Drive export sales strategies and work towards expanding the company’s business in international markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted international markets to increase revenue.
· Relationship Management:
  • Develop and manage relationships with global distributors, partners, and key customers.
  • Collaborate with distributors to align business objectives, identify market opportunities, and expand market share.
· Compliance and Trade Regulations:
  • Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, import/export restrictions, and tariffs.
  • Stay updated on global trade policies and ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
· Region-specific Marketing and Sales Strategies:
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to specific regions and markets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to customize campaigns that resonate with target international customers.
· Roadshows, Demos, and Exhibitions:
  • Coordinate and actively participate in international roadshows, demos, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products and services.
  • Showcase the company’s solutions and build brand presence in global markets.
· Team Coordination and Performance Monitoring:
  • Lead and coordinate activities within the IB team to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor YQM and TAP to assess and improve team performance, track key metrics, and foster a high-performance culture.
 
 
Qualifications
 
1.    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing required
2.    Experience: Tier 2 MBA/Masters- 5 years of expereince Or Tier 1MBA/ Masters - 2year of Ex Or Graduate - 7+ Years of Ex. Proven experience in managing government and international business, as well as overseeing installation and service functions
